A Hungarian company chose our machinery to be installed in their new wooden pallet production factory.

Our dipping tanks are designed with the aim of producing a low-maintenance machine, and built with a robust structure that gives reliability over time.

The system supplied to the customer is equipped with a pack inclination system, which facilitates the dripping of the wood, once impregnated.

A frame positioned above the pile, and operated by hydraulic cylinders, prevents the wood pile from floating during the immersion phase.

This tank will be inserted in the pallet production line: it has been equipped with a motorised roller conveyor to receive the semi-finished packages directly from the roller way.

All movements are automated and controlled by sensors.
